Now I see why D-box discontinued the SRP models. They had engineering team planning the HFL4. That platform is a tremendous upgrade.

The HFL4 looks fab! A lot of the complexity of getting started has been removed. Just what I need to finally set up a driving sim rig.

I have a question I been looking at the information for the rseat . I can not determine if you still need the hemc, haptisync hub or nothing for movie viewing. I know it uses the g5 actuators but it’s not 100% clear if it’s needed. It says plug in the USN and your good to go so that would also eliminate the Kai-1p and mcu’s
I was thinking about the size for a 3 person couch. I think the g5 works with the haptisync hub wirelessly.
Dbox could you please provide me any more info regarding this.

Hi Amelie ,
I currently own the srp330 units and was hoping to clarify a couple of things with regard to the new hlf4 units . Is there any difference in actuator travel height or motion range in comparison to the srp330 units ?
Also, will There be continued ongoing support for the hemc controller ?

These are good questions!
First of all, at this time, no end of support date has been announced, which means that we are just as committed to this product as to the HaptiSync Hub, our newest controller.
About HF-L4, there is no difference in performance. The SRP 330 has a higher capacity for the weight it can lift but otherwise it is the same performance, i.e. 4 x 1.5" actuators.
